| 1 1/2 raspberries
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 cup blackberries
You could spoon and serve
Summer Berry Wine Compote over ice cream, crepes,
pudding,
waffles,
custard,
Ricotta
cheese cream or cheese cake. Garnish with lemon
balm or mint.

In a food processor mash 1/2
cup raspberries and 1 cup of wine, add honey and process until smooth.

Transfer to medium size saucepan
and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Strain mixture through sieve
and cool. Add remaining raspberries and blackberries. Toss gently and refrigerate
until cold.
