Gwaii Haanas National Park Reserve - Represents the Pacific Coast Mountains Terrestrial Region and the Hecate Strait and West Queen Charlotte Marine Regions of Canada. This protected area is also designated as a Haida Heritage Site & Gwaii Haanas National Marine Conservation Areas Reserve a coastal sanctuary of 138 islands, one of which, Anthony Island, is a World Heritage Site, abounding with distinctive island flora and fauna and rich Haida cultural heritage. More than one million seabirds nest along the shoreline with even more migratory birds passing through in the spring and fall. The park provides opportunities for wilderness adventure, solitude discovery, and appreciation of the rich natural and cultural environment. Access to the park is by boat or aircraft.

Fathom Five National Marine Park - It is Canadaís First National Marine Park. It protects 20 islands at the mouth of Georgian Bay, and a main ecosystem that extends from the surface water down 200 metres. Twenty-two shipwrecks are found in the parkís waters. If you donít dive or snorkel, you can see shipwrecks from glass-bottom boats or visit Flowerpot Island where you can camp, see the islandís namesake rock columns, visit a lighthouse and explore a cave.
