HORSERADISH-APPLE SAUCE

 

Ingredients: 

5 tablespoons finely grated horseradish
2 tablespoons finely grated apple
1/2 cup clear beef soup or beef stock
1 tablespoon apple vinegar (or good wine vinegar)
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation: 
  • Heat the beef soup and pour over the finely grated horseradish and apple. 
  • In a small bowl mix together oil and vinegar, than fold in the horseradish and mix to combine. 

  • Serve with cold or hot meat.
