1½ cups cooked farina
1½ cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Makes 6 servings.
- Mix the farina with the milk.
- Beat the egg and to it add the sugar and

the flavoring, and pour in a buttered baking dish.
- Bake until the mixture is set. This will
require about 40 to 45 minutes in a moderate oven (375º F/190º C).

Cereal may be also cooked especially for the purpose if there is none
