| 2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed
lime
or lemon
juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon fresh thyme,
chopped
1 teaspoon fresh oregano,
chopped
1 teaspoon fresh parsley,
chopped
1 teaspoon jalapeno
pepper, minced
salt to taste |

Prepare garlic and herbs and
set aside.

Cut avocado lengthwise around
the seed, than rotate the halves to separate.

Remove the seed and peel the
avocado by placing the cut side down and removing the skin with a knife.

In a food processor or with
electric mixer, mash avocado.

Add lime or lemon juice, garlic
and herbs and mix well.

Season with salt, cool and serve
guacamole
with chips.
