Vinaigrette
| Ingredients: |

cup extra virgin olive oil

tsp. salt
1
tsp. freshly ground pepper
1
tsp. granulated sugar
Balsamic
vinegar to taste |

| Preparation: |

Place all of the vinaigrette
ingredients in a glass jar with a well fitting lid and shake them well.

Set the vinaigrette aside.
NOTE: Vary the ingredients
in the vinaigrette to suit your palate. Add chopped fresh herbs, Dijon
mustard or fresh lime juice to taste. |
