Ingredients:
2 cans (6 oz) chicken, drained or 2 cups cooked
chicken, chopped
6 tablespoons celery stalks, chopped
3-4 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
2 tablespoons parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Prepare and combine all ingredients.

Refrigerate for about 1 hour before use.

Serve in soft rolls or breads or hot-dog type rolls that are not open
on all sides.

Line the rolls or breads with lettuce leafs to keep it from absorbing
too much moisture.

Garnish with fresh tomato slices.
