Ingredients:
1 pkg. 8 oz/240 g cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
5 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 pkg. 6 oz/180 g frozen crab meat, thawed
and drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red or green pepper
2 tablespoons fresh red radish, chopped
6 large croissants, split
lettuce

Preparation:

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and horseradish, mixing until well
blended.

Add chopped eggs, crab meat, celery, radish and peppers. Mix lightly.

Chill for about 2 hours.

Fill croissants with lettuce and prepared mixture.
Makes 6 sandwiches.
