Egg & Crab Meat Sandwich


1 (8 oz. or 240 g.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 (6 oz. or 180 g) package frozen crab meat, thawed and drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red or green pepper
1/4 cup chopped red or green pepper
2 tablespoons red radish; chopped
6 large croissants, split


  • In a large bowl combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and horseradish, mixing until well blended.
  • Add chopped eggs, crab meat, celery, radish and peppers.
  • Mix everything very lightly and chill for minimum 2 hours or overnight.
  • Fill large soft buns or large croissants with lettuce and prepared mixture.

Makes 6 sandwiches.
