Greek Salad
| Ingredients: |

large head green leaf lettuce (or red leaf)
3
medium size tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2
red bell pepper, seeded, halved, diced large
1/2
green bell pepper, seeded and diced large
3-4
green onions, thinly sliced
1/2
medium cucumber, sliced or diced small
10-12
black olives, cut in four
1/2
cup feta cheese

| Preparation: |

Wash the lettuce, cut into bite
size pieces and dry.

Prepare all vegetables.

Place the lettuce in a salad
bowl, add tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, onions and olives.

Pour the Greek
Salad Vinaigrette over the salad before serving. Garnish with feta
cheese.

| Note: If you don't
have green onions you can use 1/2 red onion, peeled and diced small. |
