1 package
cream cheese ( 8 oz. or 240 g. ); softened
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 medium red pepper; mince
1 can rolled anchovies
1 tablespoon onion; minced
ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a medium bowl mix all the
ingredients together.
Cover and refrigerate until
serving time.
Garnish with red pepper rings
and green onion and serve with rye bread or toast points.
