Ingredients:

can sardines (4.2 oz. or 125 g.)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour
cream
salt and pepper to
taste
Preparation:
- Combine all
ingredients and process
or mix well.
- Cover and
refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Serve with
pumpernickel or rye bread
slices. Use also for canapés or sandwiches.
