1 litra slane vode
1/4 litre crvenog vina
1/8 litre vinskog octa
1 veliki luk, raspolovljen i tanko narezan 
1 velika mrkva, narezana na tanke kolutove
1 osrednji korijen od persuna, narezan na tanke kolutove
1 manji korijen od celera, narezan na tanke snitice
6-7 zrna crnog papra
2 lista od lovora
5-6 zrna borovnice

  • Pripremite sve namirnice, stavite ih u posudu za kuhanje i kuhajte pola sata. 
  • Ostavite da se kuhani rasol potpuno ohladi i onda prelijte preko divljaci. 

NAPOMENA: Ova kolicina rasola je otprilike dovoljna za jednog veceg divljeg zeca ili jedan srneci but. Ako imate vise divljaci, povecajte kolicinu rasola prema potrebi.
