i tanko narezan

na tanke kolutove
1 osrednji korijen od persuna,
narezan na tanke kolutove
1 manji korijen od celera,
narezan na tanke snitice
6-7 zrna crnog papra
2 lista od lovora
5-6 zrna borovnice
- Pripremite sve namirnice, stavite
