Bechamel Sauce With Sour Cream

This is excellent sauce to serve with fish, eggs or poultry.

Ingredients:

1 cup béchamel sauce

1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter


Preparation:

  • In a saucepan cook over medium heat 1 cup béchamel sauce and 1/2 cup sour cream, stirring constantly.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes, remove from heat and add remaining sour cream and butter.
  • Pass through a sieve and serve hot.
