Blue
Cheese-Almond Balls
Ingredients:
1 pkg. 8 oz. (240
g) cream cheese
1 pkg. 8 oz. (240
g) blue cheese
1 tablespoon onion,
finely chopped
1 tablespoon chutney, drained and chopped
Salt and ground
black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon sour
cream
2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
1/2 cup almonds,
chopped
Makes
24 servings.
Preparation:
- Prepare all ingredients and
set aside.
- Blend all ingredients except
almonds.
- Form in 24 little individual
balls adding more drops of fresh
sour cream to adjust consistency of mixture.
- Roll in chopped almonds
and chill.
