Eggs With Bacon and Cheese
Ingredients:
12
hard cooked eggs
8 tablespoons
mayonnaise
6
slices crisp bacon
3
teaspoons fresh lemon
juice
1/2
cup grated cheddar
cheese
1/4
teaspoon salt
Makes
12 servings.
Preparation:
- Peel
hard cooked eggs and using
a sharp knife halve eggs lengthwise.
- Scoop
yolks
into a sieve
set over a medium size bowl, then press yolks through the sieve with
the
back of a spoon.
- Mix
in mayonnaise, lemon juice
and salt to taste.
- Stir
in cheddar cheese and half
crumbled bacon. Fill egg white halves. Top with reminded crumbled
bacon.
