Bahamas Coffee
Preparing this tasty coffee for your family, friends, or your guests is another way to make them feel welcome and special.
Ingredients:
2 ounces (60 ml) orange liqueur
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup (250 ml) double strength hot coffee
Whipped cream
6 tablespoons cream
Grated chocolate or chocolate sprinkles
Directions:
1. Pour the hot coffee, orange liqueur and sugar into a pre-heated cocktail glass or your favorite coffee cup.
2. Cover with whipped cream and grated chocolate or chocolate sprinkles.
3. Serve hot without stirring.
Note: To make double strength coffee, use two tablespoons coffee for each cup (6 ounce) brewed.
