Bahamas Coffee

Ingredients:

2 ounces (60 ml) orange liqueur

1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup (250 ml) double strength hot coffee
Whipped cream
6 tablespoons cream
Grated chocolate.

Preparation:

  • Pour the hot coffee, orange liqueur and sugar into a pre-heated cocktail glass.
  • Cover with whipped cream and grated chocolate. 
  • Serve hot without stirring.

NOTE: To make double strength coffee, use two tablespoons coffee for each cup (6 ounce) brewed.
