Cool Chocolate Espresso

Ingredients:

Single espresso shot (cooled)
2-3 teaspoons semi-sweet or regular chocolate syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cold milk
Ice cubes
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings


Preparation:

  • Mix a single espresso shot (cooled) with 2-3 teaspoons semi-sweet or regular chocolate syrup, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 cup cold milk.
  • Pour over ice in a tall glass and top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
  • Serve with a straw and a long-handled spoon.
