Cointreau Chocolate Caffee

1 tablespoon regular chocolate syrup
1/3 cup hot espresso coffee 
1/3 cup hot chocolate
1 ounce Heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ounce Cointreau
2 tablespoons unsweetened whipped cream
Orange peel
Grated chocolate

Preparation:

  • In a large cappuccino cup mix together hot espresso coffee, chocolate syrup, hot chocolate, Cointreau, vanilla extract and Heavy cream. 
  • Whip the cream and spread over the surface and garnish with grated chocolate and sprinkle with orange peel. Serve hot.

Makes 1 serving.
