Peach Slush
Give your guests a reason to toast with this easy to prepare peach slush. Slush is great party drink in hot weather.
Ingredients:
1 tin frozen peach juice concentrate (355 mL)
4 cups water, boiled and cooled
4 cups orange juice (without pulp)
1 bottle peach schnapps (26 oz)
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
Directions:
1. In a large plastic container blend all ingredients and freeze.
2. Place 1 tablespoon (or more) of Peach Slush into tall glass and top with your favourite soft drink.
3. Serve with a large straw.
Note: To make it special, moisten each glass with orange juice then dip into sugar.

A slush or a slushie is a generic term for a flavored frozen drink. There are a number of different kinds of slush drinks.
Conventional slush drinks, typified by the Slush Puppie, use a single slurry made by freezing a sweetened base, similar to apple juice. This slurry is mixed at serving time with a flavouring syrup of the buyer's choice. These drinks are notable in that the flavored syrup can be drawn out of the drink, leaving a relatively-unflavoured base ice behind.
