Russian Iced Tea

Ingredients:

6 cups of strong tea, cooled
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons rum or brandy
6 slices lemon
12 teaspoons frozen (preserved)
strawberries, raspberries or cherries
ice


Preparation:

  • Prepare tea of your choice, season with sugar and cool in the fridge.
  • Place ice in the tall glasses, add 2 teaspoons of frozen or preserved fruit, 1 tablespoon of rum or brandy and cooled tea.
  • Serve immediately.

Makes 6 servings.
