Net worth less intangible assets.

The conditions concerning payment for a purchase.

A loan you obtain for a specified length of time (term) to finance the purchase of a fixed (or long-term) asset.

Credit a supplier gives to customers by allowing them a certain period in which to pay.

The name under which a business is operated; a distinctive name that identifies a product or service as being produced or sold by a particular company; brand name.

A list of account balances in a ledger, usually showing the account numbers and/or names, prepared to prove that the ledger is in balance.
