2 jars (6
oz/180 g) marinated artichokes
5 medium size eggs
cup bread crumbs
and ground black
pepper to taste
liquid from 1 jar of artichokes
and reserve, discard liquid from second jar of
artichokes. Finely chop
all artichokes and set aside.
