mixture begins to set i.e. reaches the consistency
of raw egg whites.
- In large bowl, beat
egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar,
beating until stiff peaks form.
- Whisk about 1/4 of
beaten whites into strawberry mixture; fold in
- Spoon into serving
- Cover and refrigerate
at least 1 h or up to 2 days before serving.
- Garnish with sliced
