LITTLE SHEPHERD BOY BLUE

Where's the little boy that looks after the sheep?
Maybe he is under the haystack, fast asleep!

Little Shepherd Boy Blue, come, blow your horn!
The sheep's in the meadow, the cow's in the corn.

Shepherd Boy dreamt he heard them loudly bleating;
But when he awoke he found they all were fleeting.

Somebody was screaming, leave them alone;
They are not that stupid, they'll come home.

Determined for to find them, over the hillocks he raced;
To make sure each sheep is going to be properly placed.

Little Boy Blue tried everything what he could;
As every responsible Little Shepherd Boy should.

Little Shepherd Boy Blue finally found all of them indeed,
But people made this new song which made his heart bleed.
"Little Shepherd Boy Blue has lost all his sheep,
Because he was under the haystack, fast asleep!"
