St. Anne de Beaupré, famous Quebec's Catholic Shrine is located just 20 miles east of Quebec City. The largest pilgrimages to Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré come for the feast of St. Anne (July 26) and the Sunday closest to the feast of the Nativity of Mary (September 8).
